GymCams is a web app. It runs on the phones, tablets and computers you have, with nothing to install on a server at your gym.

What you track today, your state, member count, check-in tool, cameras or door counter, pool or sauna.
We load your checks
Send photos of your clipboards and binder pages. We set up the checks, due times and who gets reminded.
Members and the desk tablet
Import your member list from a CSV. Put the kiosk on the desk tablet and set your posted capacity.
Counts, if you want them
Connect a door counter or your recorder's line counts. Or start with check-ins only.
Staff use it on shift
Open the Today list, do the checks, sign off with initials. The manager gets a morning summary.

Good to know
Software only
We don't sell or install cameras. If you need new ones, your security installer can add line counting while they're there.
Your billing stays
GymCams doesn't take payments. Keep the membership software you use today.
You stay in charge
GymCams holds the records your team enters and reminds you of the dates you set. Your gym decides what its rules require.
