Privacy policy

This website

  • No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from this site.
  • The demos run in your browser. What you type or sign in them stays on your device and is gone when you leave the page.
  • The pilot and contact forms don't send anything from this site: they open your own email app with the message filled in. If you send it, we receive your email and use it to reply to you. We keep it while we talk, and for up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and time) to run and protect the site.

The GymCams app (for gyms that use it)

When a gym uses GymCams, the gym decides what goes in and we process it on the gym's behalf.

  • Staff: names, initials, email or phone for reminders, sign-offs and notes, certificates and expiry dates.
  • Members: name, phone number, plan status from the gym's own records, a QR code token, check-in times. Guests: first name, signed waiver and time.
  • Counts: numbers of people per zone and time slot. No images, no video, no face data or other biometric identifiers.

We use this data only to run GymCams for that gym. We don't sell it, don't use it for advertising, and don't combine it across gyms. It's stored in US data centers, backed up daily, and deleted 30 days after a gym's subscription ends (sooner on request). Members who want their data seen, corrected or deleted should contact their gym; we'll help the gym do it.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting, database, backups) and, for reminders, email and text delivery providers. Each only processes data to provide its service to us.

Your choices

Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Depending on your state you may have further rights; we honor them for everyone.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13. Gyms that check in minors are responsible for the consent their state requires.

Changes

We'll update the date above when this policy changes and tell gyms using GymCams by email.
